POWERPACK
=========

Welcome to the second release of My first avigo application 'Power Pack'
based on discoveries I made while exploring the avigo OS.
This version has gone through some major changes both in apperance as the
way it was made (assembled). More details about this can be found in the
source zip file.

=================
WHATS NEW in V1.2
=================

Appearance	Ions where added to make powerpack a bit more
		attractive to the eye.

Battery meters For both main and backup batteries a graphical
		scrolling battery level monitor. With thermometer
		style percentage meter and level display.

Battery button Allowes minimum and maximum levels to be redefined
		for main and backup batteries and 5 other type of
		main batteries.

Bugfix: When 'activate powerlock when tapping light button'
		option is set (checkbox checked) and the light
		button is tapped, powerlock is not activated if the
		disable powerlock option is set.
		Previously powerlock was enabled and quite some
		actions where required to deactivate the powerlock.

=====
INTRO
=====

Ever got annoyed using avigo with backlight on and turns off every 10
seconds or so even when the batteries still are full of juice ? or you
can't even turn the backlight on when you realy need to ?
Power Pack is the solution to it.

Power Pack offers the following features:

Backlight can be fully disabled
Allowes backlight on low batteries
Force avigo to stay on until the batteries are fully empty.
Auto power down from 1 minute to 4 hours
And v1.2 has a dual battery meter with lots of configurable options

-- POWER CONTROL --

Allows you to change power preferences:
- 11 quick settings and a definable custom time up to 4 hours.
- enable or disable the power lock button.
- enable or disable the off button.
- set auto hide private (hide private when off button is tapped.

-- BACKLIGHT CONTROL --

Allows you to change Backlight preferences. Note that when the normal
backlight button is disabled it is disabled until the power is turned off
reenterring this application will return it to its disabled state.
Note that when the normal backlight button is disabled, automatic syncing
is also disabled (manually syncing is possible though).

-- BATTERY CONTROL --

Tapping this button will open a new deskbox allowing you to:
-Select mainbattery type. Each type of batteries have different minimum
 and maximum battery levels. Which can be redefined for each type.
-set minimum and maximum battery levels for main and backup batteries
 these values are used by the thermometer like meter.
-Restore battery default settings. When checked and deskbox is closed
 all battery setting will be restored to their default values.

-- BATTERY METERS --

The top meterbox is the meterbox for main bateries and the bottom one for
backup battery. Each meterbox consists of a scrolling battery level monitor
a thermometer bar, battery level display and a battery icon.
The scrolling battery monitor shows the variations of the battery level
instead of the real values. The real value is shown as a number just below
the battery icon.
Finally there is a thermometer like bar which shows the battery level
as a level between mininimum and maximum defined battery levels.

-- LIGHT BUTTON --

If enabled. Toggles the backlight on or of regardless of the battery state.
When toggled to on the powerlock can be set simultaniously.

-- POWER LOCK/UNLOCK --

Tap this button to lock or unlock the avigos power. In the locked state
avigo is unable to turn off with the on/off switch, auto power down and
when the batteries reach low levels. The avigo can only be turned off by
this applications off button or removing the batteries. Unfortunately the
powerlock does not make syncing or memory flashing possible at low battery
levels it just keeps the avigo on.

-- OFF BUTTON --

When tapped will clear the power lock state and turn avigo off. After the
avigo is turned on and returns to this applications backlight and powerlock
states are restored. Optionally 'hide private' can be set when the power is
turned off by this applications off button. This prevents the password
request (avigo not in locked state) when power is turned on again.
